SPRING SPORTS ACADEMY u15 got off to a winning start in their first match in the Gulf Cup against DEFENDERS CRICKET ACADEMY

After winning the toss Defenders batted and got off to a good start with 76 runs opening partnership with their opener Hashir khan top scoring 55 runs in 51 balls.

SPRING bowlers pulled off the game by bowling tightly in the middle overs. Leg spinner Vaishnave claiming 2 wickets for 17 runs, Subha got 2 wickets for 24 runs, while Angad and Nivyan shared a wicket each. Defenders scored 155 / 6 in 30 overs.

SPRINGS in reply while chasing lost the only wicket of their opener Theertha scoring 16 runs. While Ryan Neel and Neel Prasad put on a valuable unbeaten 127 runs partnership in just 94 balls to win the match in a clinical fashion.

Opener Ryan Neel top-scored with 61* runs of 61 balls, while Neel Prasad scored 52* runs 56 balls. SPRINGS chased the total of 156 / 1 in 22.2 overs with 9 wickets victory.
